Mr. Daniels: I think it went smoothly, easy. If I had to do it again, I'd definitely do it.

Then I actually needed a little bit more time, and we finally were able to do it January the 30th. And they were there, and that's it — that's all I had to do. Signed the papers, and done.
Interviewer: So we had scheduled a closing time, but then you said, I need a little more time to get my stuff out — is that okay? And that was perfectly fine. We were able to work on your time frame.
